This policy describes how HBS processes personal data submitted through the site, in accordance with the FADP.

Processing is carried out by Hybrid Business Solutions (HBS), an association under Swiss law, CHE-213.374.619, Rue de Bourg 27 - 1003 Lausanne VD. Any question about your data can be sent to contact@hybridbusiness.org.
Data that may be collected
The site may collect the data you send voluntarily through the contact form: your name, e-mail address, telephone number, subject and the content of your message. No field is filled in without your knowledge, and no data is bought or enriched from third parties.
Server logs
Like any website, the server that delivers these pages records the requests it receives: IP address, date and time, page requested, browser used. These logs serve the proper operation and the security of the site, never the profiling of a visitor. They are kept only as long as those checks require.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no analytics cookie, no advertising cookie and no social network tracker. No analytics tool follows your visit. A single technical cookie may remember the language you chose, to serve it again on your next visit; it holds nothing else. The display mode you pick, light or dark, is remembered by your browser on your device and is never transmitted. That is why this site shows no consent banner: it has nothing to ask you to accept.
Third-party resources
The typefaces, images, videos and scripts are served by this site, from its own domain. No resource is loaded from a third-party service: simply viewing a page therefore sends your IP address to no one other than the host of this site. Data sent through the form is processed only by the technical providers needed to deliver it.
Purposes of processing
This data is used to respond to requests, follow up on contacts, understand the needs expressed and improve the quality of the information and services offered.
Sharing and access
The data is accessible only to persons or service providers authorised to handle requests within a strictly professional framework. It is not passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.
