It is neither a consulting firm nor a financial intermediary: it guides, connects people with licensed professionals and supports its partners with a local approach, based on a concrete understanding of administrative and entrepreneurial issues and those linked to fundraising.

Being free of charge is the essence of how we work. The first conversation is always free and confidential. Administrative advice, guidance and the scoping of a situation are provided free of charge to individuals and partner SMEs, as part of our associative mission. A share of our services is voluntary; when a licensed professional has to step in, their fees are announced to you before any commitment.
This proximity relies on a network of fiduciaries, specialists and local players across French-speaking Switzerland, called upon according to the context and always with discretion. HBS commits to a best-efforts obligation, with seriousness, loyalty and diligence: no promise of results, but support that follows through to the right step.
