HBS helped draft, for an artist agent and his artist, a complete agency and music production contract: the agent’s obligations, protection of the artist’s fees, regular reporting, a ban on unauthorised subcontracting.
A feature we are proud of: the contract was also drawn up in Malagasy, the language of the artist concerned.
